- Two features about salt this month in periodicals I subscribe to. I enjoyed the tests Cooking Light performed on common salt adding features (like salting pasta water). Here is the online version.
- Now that I’ve warned you about salt, here’s a stunning new way to eat your Nutella toast: with a sprinkle of sea salt. Thanks Amateur Gourmet for the suggestion.
- More Nutella: these Nutella and banada muffins sound delicious and mildly reminescint of a favorite breakfast of mine: crossant with banana and nutella.
- On a more savory side: this parmesan and spinach orzo. I tried a healthy version of this (sharing soon), and I must say, I’ll just go with this one next time around.
