Finally…
…it rained. We’ve had a glorious evening of rain, which I’m considering the first real monsoon of the season. I noticed the midnight-black sky looming in the horizon on my drive back from the grocery store, which caused me to say – out loud, while I’m driving alone in my car mind you – “Better not be a tease, storm.” Well, thankfully, this storm has delivered: beautiful rain and a beautiful sunset.
It’s going to be 100 degrees and humid tomorrow 🙂

I can relate and I wish it would rain here! We’ve had lots of “teases” where the sky gets nice and dark and then the whole thing goes over top of us without releasing a drop of rain.
Also, what an amazing sunset! The whole sky was pink!

I’ll keep my fingers crossed for rain for you! It’s been a relief to have a weekend of it. The sunsets here is AZ are often spectacular, but this was quite the night! I looked out the window and the sky was purple…just had to go out at take a picture! Thanks for checking in!
